How long will my products take to ship?
I ship items 1-5 days after the order has been placed. If a product will take longer to ship, you will be contacted about it. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but shipping will take longer and cost more.

Are you doing commission work?
While I do take commissions, they might not always be available. I usually open a certain amount of commission slots at a time. To find commission availability check my Twitter or contact me.

Do you take refunds?
Short answer is yes, but I recommend reading my return policy page. The link for this can be found at the bottom of this page.

Do you take send-in orders/repairs?
Yes, just contact me either on here, or preferably on my twitter.
